If you’re curious about what your child has been up to in camp this week, here are some questions to get the conversation started…
- We began our week by designing our own fish to take home. Can you show me your fish? Does your fish have a name? Where does it live? Why did you pick these colors?
- Camouflage is an important survival tool for animals. The group learned about countershading as a form of camouflage. What is counter shading? Which animals use it? (hint: squirrels, black rat snakes, penguins, caterpillars, sharks)
- Tuesday we played a game called Beckon. How do you play? What is the difference between playing the game and playing the game with honor?
