Our week of Field Mouse camp was a fantastic mix of activities squeezed into three short days! We had some excellent building projects including forts, traps, fairy houses, dams and more! When campers weren’t busy building they were busy whittling, exploring, or playing games in the forest (with some excellent hiding and sneaking skills). Our week ended with a big finale game of Six Feathers – campers raced trying to pull tails, steal feathers, and show kindness as they unfroze campers from their own team (and even the other team!). The creek was a highlight for many as a great place to cool off, catch crayfish, splash around, build dams or boats, and even sculpt things out of the mud. It was a very fun couple of days!
