Our first spring camp of the year brought us all kinds of springtime magic. From rain and cold to sunshine and daffodils, we had it all! Not even the unpredictable weather could dampen the spirits of our wild hut-builders. We worked together to build two awesome shelters, made a fire, and even tried some pine needle tea. We played some Schoolhouse classics like Beckon, Werewolf, and Scout Mission and went on an “Amber Hunt.” Our hopes of seeing some wildlife were not disappointed. Among other things, we saw a fence lizard, a green anole, a bald eagle, and a bunch of turtles. It’s safe to say that our spring season is off to a wild start!
