Salamanders, centipedes, stag beetles, oh my! Our Millipede campers experienced a whirlwind of critters and adventures this week. We explored Umstead State Park through the trails and waterways, looking high and low for nature treasures and we were not disappointed. We built forts at our base camp and made some mud art during creek time. We ran and hid, playing games like Beckon and Eagle Eye, and practiced whittling with potato peelers.
